## Description

Our client is a well-established mechanical and HVAC contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Support Administrator to join their friendly, supportive office team based in Orsett, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting engineers, liaising with clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the maintenance department.

The Role

As a Maintenance Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

 * Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries and providing updates on engineer attendance and project progress
 * Preparing and issuing quotations for maintenance agreements and remedial works
 * Scheduling engineers' site visits and managing their Outlook calendars
 * Chasing engineers for service reports following site visits
 * Tracking the delivery and collection of refrigerant cylinders
 * Updating and issuing mechanical service sheets to clients
 * Liaising with manufacturers and assisting with ordering materials
 * Providing general administrative support to the maintenance department
