Role Summary:Experienced SailPoint Support & Implementation professional responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security solutions. Ensure effective identity governance, access management, provisioning, and compliance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.Develop and maintain application integrations and connectors.Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.Monitor identity governance processes and system performance.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.Support audits, compliance, and access review activities.Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
