## Description

IT Support

 * Manage and maintain office hardware, servers, and networks.
 * Monitor firewalls, network switches, and all bank's IT assets.
 * Provide first-line technical support to all bank staff.
 * Ensure strict compliance with banking IT security protocols.
 * Troubleshoot soŌware, hardware, and connectivity issues promptly.
 * Coordinate with external IT vendors, Head Office, and other system providers.
 * Oversee regular data backups and system updates.

General Affairs & Operations

 * Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and internal/external networking.
 * Manage relaƟonships with building management and vendors.
 * Procure office supplies, furniture, and IT equipment. * Maintain asset registers and inventory control logs.
 * Coordinate health and safety compliance for the workplace.
 * Assist in organizing corporate events and business travel.
