## About the Role

Qualifications and Skills: Qualified to degree level, or substantial equivalent work experience.Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, Internet, email.Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures would be an advantage., Standard expected:Must always abide by the ethical code applicable to Scottish solicitors. Must keep all information relating to clients strictly confidential, must not voice criticism of other solicitors/organisations to clients/public and must be aware of restrictions on touting for business. Must be dressed and groomed suitably for the job in hand.
Conditions of Employment: Working hours will be negotiable but we anticipate that it will require around 15 hours per week spread over five days. More may be required from time to time, on a voluntary basis. Overtime hours will be paid at the same rate as contracted hours.Five weeks annual leave is given, plus five days' public holidays: two days at each of Christmas and New Year and one day on Easter Monday.

## Description

We are looking for an electronic filing administrator to work with the support team in our busy family law department. This is a part-time role (15 hours per week worked over 5 days per week) which can be based remotely, in the office or hybrid to suit you. Your main responsibility will be the daily electronic filing of emails and other documents and the good maintenance of our electronic filing system.
The position will involve a high degree of usage of case management software. Training will be provided; the successful candidate must be confident with computers and quick to learn new software packages.
