Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field is preferred \n
This is associate level role 0,5- 3,5 years of commercial experience \n
\Experience with UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris), VMware or other hypervisors, and Windows operating environments \n
Monitoring, Tuning, Troubleshooting, and root cause analysis \n
Strong organization and analysis skills \n
Strong focus on quality and customer service \n
Experience of working in an infrastructure support role and/or a keen interest in learning the role of an infrastructure support engineer in the storage realm \n
An interest in scripting / coding for infrastructure automation \n
