* Deep Fortinet expertise, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and SD-WAN hands-on experience
 * SD-WAN experience essential, Fortinet SD-WAN preferred, Meraki or HPE Aruba Silverpeak also considered
 * Consultant or senior engineer background happy to step into a senior support-focused role
 * Proactive mindset, you look for root causes and fix them, not just close the ticket
 * VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience across the Fortinet stack
 * LogicMonitor or PRTG monitoring platform experience beneficial
 * Fortinet NSE5 certification preferred, other NSE certs considered
 * Comfortable in a staggered shift environment, 7am-5:30pm rotated across the team

The role involves working extensively with Fortinet technologies, leading proactive improvement initiatives, identifying recurring issues, and enhancing the overall reliability of customer environments.

Responsibilities:

 * Own 3rd and 4th line escalations across the Fortinet estate, the senior technical authority on the team
 * Drive proactive support, identify recurring issues, run BAU improvement projects, and reduce ticket volume before it happens
 * Manage and support FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSD-WAN, and FortiSASE environments
 * Support SD-WAN deployments and ongoing management across the customer base
 * VPN configuration, management, and troubleshooting across the estate
 * Use LogicMonitor or PRTG for network monitoring and performance visibility
 * Support the project team when required, dip into project delivery alongside BAU
 * Contribute to a staggered shift pattern, 7am-5:30pm across a team of six
 * FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSD-WAN, FortiSASE
 * VPN, LogicMonitor / PRTG
 * Meraki, Cisco, HPE Aruba / Silverpeak SD-WAN
