 * Continuar con el proceso de reestructuración de los talleres según filosofías LEAN.
 * Coordinar y dar apoyo a los talleres y a las subcontratas que realizan tareas productivas para la Organización.
 * Presentar propuestas de mejora para los flujos de producción dentro del taller y hacer seguimiento de las que sean aceptadas e implementadas.
