 - Gestión de redes: configurar, administrar y mantener redes de datos y servidores.

 - Ciberseguridad: proteger la información de la empresa contra amenazas externas, gestionar vulnerabilidades y aplicar protocolos de seguridad.

 - Soporte técnico: brindar asistencia y solucionar problemas a los usuarios.

 - Análisis y solución de problemas: utilizar habilidades analíticas para evaluar sistemas y diseñar estrategias para resolver problemas complejos.
