+ Durchführung von Vulnerability Management mit Microsoft Defender und Baramundi Patch
Management

 + Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß ISO 27001 und BSI-Grundschutz
 * Cloud-Infrastruktur:
 + Planung, Entwurf und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
 + Betrieb unserer Azure Cloud-Infrastruktur
 + Verwaltung von Usern und Geräten über Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Intune und Azure Arc
 * Collaboration und Kommunikation:
 - Konfiguration und Administration unserer MS Teams- und SharePoint-Umgebungen
 + Betreuung der Microsoft 365-Services inkl. Benutzeradministration
 * Inhouse IT-Services und Support:
 - Technischer Support sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 + Schulung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen
 + Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Systeme
