 * Kenntnisse in Integrationstechnologien (APIs, SFTP, Middleware, Identity Management wie Entra ID)
 * Nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung mit Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, hybriden KI-Architekturen und Best Practices für KI
 * Vertrautheit mit Data-Engineering-/Analytics-Konzepten sowie dem Lebenszyklus von KI-Lösungen
 * Kenntnisse über ITIL-Prozesse und Application Lifecycle Management
 * Erfahrung in der Aufgabenkoordination, Projektsteuerung oder Leitung funktionsübergreifender Initiativen
 * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit

## Description

In dieser Position werden Applikationen betreut und weiterentwickelt, KI-Potenziale identifiziert sowie Betrieb, Schnittstellen, Releases und externe Partner gesteuert - von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Umsetzung unter Einhaltung von Security und Compliance., * Verbindung von klassischer Applikationsbetreuung mit Anwendungen der künstlichen Intelligenz (KI)

 * Sicherstellen des Betriebs der zugewiesenen Anwendungen (Incidents, Probleme, Service Requests)
 * Unterstützung bei neuen Features, Erweiterungen und Plattformfunktionen
 * Hauptansprechpartner für interne IT, Fachbereiche und externe Anbiete
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche inkl. Anforderungsanalyse, Workshops und Übersetzung in technische/funktionale Spezifikationen
 * Systemadministration und Konfiguration (Berechtigungen, Workflows, Einstellungen, Dokumentation)
 * Koordination von Releases, Updates und Änderungen sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Betreuung und Überwachung von Integrationen/Schnittstellen (APIs, Middleware, iPaaS, SFTP, Entra ID)
 * Identifikation und Umsetzung von KI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen (z. B. Analytics, NLP, Anomalieerkennung, Chatbots)
 * Projekt- und Aufgabenkoordination inklusive Zeitplanung, Stakeholder-Management und Projektdokumentation
 * Sicherstellung von Security, Compliance, Datenschutz & vollständiger IT-Dokumentation gemäß interner Governance
