 * Expert: Nachweisbare Expertise in Architekturen, Datenflüssen und Technologien des modernen KI gestützten Input Managements.
 * Design: Kenntnisse im Design von End-to-End-Automatisierung inkl. Dunkelverarbeitungsquoten, Governance, Betrieb, Skalierbarkeit.
 * Insurance: Idealerweise Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen wie (Rück-) Versicherungen oder Banken.
 * Professionelles Auftreten: Souveränes Auftreten auf Management-Ebene, hohe Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Kommunikation & Mobilität: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie flexible, projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft.

* Gestaltungskraft statt Folienarbeit: Du berätst unsere Kunden auf ihrem Weg in ein modernes New Input Management - von der strategischen Zielbilderstellung bis zur operativen Umsetzung.
 * Digitalisierung & Automatisierung: Analyse, Design und Optimierung dokumenten- und datengetriebener End-to-End-Prozesse über alle Eingangskanäle (Post, E-Mail, Portale, Voice, APIs, …).
 * Intelligent Data Processing (IDP): Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Input-Management-Lösungen (OCR, Klassifikation, Extraktion, NLP, ML).
 * Solution Delivery: Aufbau und Integration moderner Plattformen
 * Business, Pre-Sales & Projektverantwortung: Mitwirkung an Pitches, Business Cases und Angebotsstrategien, Durchführung von Workshops sowie Steuerung von Kunden und Teams inkl. Verantwortung für Projektphasen und Ergebnisqualität.
