 * Erfahrung mit Workday, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP sowie S/4HANA-Migrationen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung globaler sowie lokaler IT-Projekte im HR-Umfeld
 * Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HR-Systemlandschaft (Personaladministration, Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und Organisationsmanagement)
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von SAP-HR-Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Systemen
 * Unterstützung von HR, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei IT- und SAP-HR-Themen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Programmierern zur Umsetzung technischer Lösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Landschaft sowie Einführung neuer Systeme und Anwendungen
 * Dokumentation, Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
