* Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 * Betreuung und Optimierung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Servern, Clients und Netzwerken
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 * Support und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen (1st & 2nd Level Support)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Endgeräten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen
