 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen Betreuung oder Beratung von SAP HR-Systemen
 * Fundiertes Wissen in den Prozessen der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft, idealerweise arbeitsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse
 * Verständnis von Steuer, SV und Meldeverfahren in Deutschland
 * Gute Kenntnisse in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
 * Wünschenswert Erfahrung in Workday und SAP Fiori und/oder SAP BTP
 * Wünschenswert Erfahrung in S/4HANA-Migrationen
 * Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute in Englisch
