* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Leistungselektronik

 * Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Leistungselektronik und elektrischen Antriebstechnik, insbesondere im Design von Umrichtern und DC/DC-Wandlern sowie im Einsatz von Leistungshalbleitern
 * Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der EMV-Bewertung, Simulation oder Optimierung von leistungselektronischen Komponenten
 * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise inkl. sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Anforderungsmanagement und Abstimmung der technischen Spezifikationen mit Kunden und Partnern zur Klärung von Leistungs- und Schnittstellenanforderungen
 * Leistungspfad Entwicklung für leistungselektronische Baugruppen inkl. Bewertung und Optimierung hinsichtlich EMV
