## About the Role

* Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz agentischer KI-Tools, um die Softwarequalität auf das nächste Level zu heben, sowie die Fähigkeit, KI in bestehenden (Brownfield-)Systemlandschaften erfolgreich einzusetzen.
 * Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis für Softwareprodukte sowie die Fähigkeit, einen konstruktiven Austausch mit Entwicklungsteams, Product Management, Stakeholdern und Kunden zu führen.
 * Umfassende Kenntnisse im Software Engineering mit einem starken Fokus auf Quality Assurance (z. B. TDD, TFP) und/oder in der Software-Testautomatisierung.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mehreren Programmiersprachen und Frameworks (wir nutzen Playwright mit TypeScript, PHP, Java und Vue.js).
 * Hervorragende Kenntnisse moderner Testmethoden und -werkzeuge einschließlich der Tools entlang der gesamten CI/CD-Pipeline.
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Englisch oder Deutsch.
