 * Koordinieren externer Dienstleister im Rahmen von IT-Services
 * Klassifizieren und Analysieren von Serviceanfragen und Störungen
 * Betreuen von IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentieren von Lösungswegen
 * Abstimmen zwischen Fachbereichen, IT-Dienstleistern und internem IT-Team zur fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungen
 * Verbessern der IT-Landschaft
