## Description

Administration

 * Administration und Betreuung der Windows-Server- und Clientlandschaft
 * Verwaltung von Active Directory sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur

Service Desk

 * Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Fehleranalyse und eigenständige Lösungsfindung
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Dokumentation von Incidents und Service Requests

Softwareverteilung

 * Paketierung, Bereitstellung und Verteilung von Software
 * Planung und Durchführung von Software-Rollouts
 * Installation von Updates und Patches
 * Pflege und Verwaltung des Softwarebestands
