## Description

* Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kunden rund um SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors
 * Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen im HR-IT-Umfeld
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung individueller SAP-Lösungen
 * Customizing und Konfiguration von SAP HCM beziehungsweise SuccessFactors
 * Begleitung von Einführungen, Migrationen und internationalen Rollouts
 * Unterstützung bei der Integration von SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
 * Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Anwenderschulungen
 * Übernahme von Projekt- oder Teilprojektverantwortung
 * Unterstützung der Kunden im laufenden Betrieb und Application Management
