* Bearbeitung von IT-Service-Tickets (1st Level Support)
 * Inventarisierung und Verwaltung von IT-Hardware
 * Vorbereitung, Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Notebooks, Monitoren und Zubehör
 * Prüfung, Reinigung und einfache Instandsetzung von Hardware
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Unterstützung beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
 * Pflege der Hardware- und Asset-Dokumentation
 * Unterstützung bei Bestellungen sowie Bestands- und Lagerverwaltung
 * Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen IT-Service- und Digitalisierungsaufgaben
