Required:

 * Strong proficiency in full-stack TypeScript (frontend and backend).
 * Sharp intuition for working with LLMs - prompting, tuning, and integrating them into real products. Evidence via work history, side projects, or hackathons is a plus.
 * Strong product taste and creative instincts for what makes a great user experience.
 * High agency and outcome-driven mindset - you find a way, you don't wait for permission.
 * Comfort navigating ambiguity: fast prototyping, sharp instincts, and relentless iteration.
 * Genuine excitement about working in-person with the team in Berlin.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with agentic or multi-step LLM pipeline architectures.
 * Background in enterprise SaaS, procurement tech, or data-intensive B2B products.
 * 1-10 years of experience; all levels considered - what matters is mindset and track record.

## Description

* Build end-to-end features across the full stack: frontend UI, backend services, and LLM integrations.
 * Design and implement sophisticated AI agent pipelines, then make that complexity invisible to end users.
 * Prototype quickly, iterate on real customer feedback, and ship production-grade features at pace.
 * Sit close to real users - translate their behavior and feedback into experiences that genuinely land.
 * Own features from UX through backend logic to prompt design, with full accountability for outcomes.
 * Help define how AI agents and procurement professionals interact at scale.
 * Treat AI-assisted development as a natural part of your workflow, with clear judgment on when it helps.
