 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Server- und Storage-Systemen (NAS / SAN), Virtualisierungstechnologien (HPE,Dell, Synology und optional NetApp)
 * Praktische Erfahrung in Systemhärtung, Firmware- und Patchmanagement sowie bei der Bewertung und Behandlung von Sicherheitslücken (CVEs)
 * Erste Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und im strukturierten Arbeiten mit Ticketsystemen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Remote-Zugängen und Kundenumgebungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * PKW-Führerschein Klasse B

## Description

* Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt auf Server-, NAS-, SAN- und Virtualisierungssystemen
 * Systemhärtung von Servern und Komponenten
 * Troubleshooting per Remote-Zugriff bei Kunden, ergänzt durch Ticketbearbeitung, gelegentlich auch vor Ort beim Kunden
 * Unterstützung beim Projektaufbau
 * Strukturierte Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten
 * Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst remote
