## Description

* Annahme von Support-Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail als Anlaufstelle für Kolleg*innen aller Abteilungen
 * Bearbeitung einfacher technischer Probleme direkt beim Anwender, z.B. Druckerprobleme
 * Grundkonfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen, soweit möglich
 * Strukturierte Weiterleitung komplexerer Fälle an das IT-Team mit sauberer Problembeschreibung
 * Vorbereitung, Inventarisierung und ggf. Ausgabe von Endgeräten und Peripherie nach Standardprozess
 * Pflege von Inventarisierungsmanagement sowie Vorbereitung von Alt-Hardware für Entsorgung oder Aufbereitung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Anwenderanleitungen, FAQs und ggf. von Intranetseiten
 * Dokumentation wiederkehrender Probleme und deren Lösungswege
 * Kommunikation mit Anwender*innen zum Status offener Anfragen sowie Terminkoordination
