## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

 * On-site, * Ansprechpartner und Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereichen, Prozessmanagement und IT-Entwicklung für internationale Service-IT-Systeme, insbesondere im CRM-Umfeld.
 * Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen.
 * Entwicklung neuer Prozess- und Systemkonzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen.
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen verschiedener internationaler Nutzergruppen.
 * Bewertung bestehender IT-Systemlandschaften sowie Mitwirkung bei der Integration neuer Lösungen und Funktionen.
 * Planung, Durchführung und fachliche Abnahme von Funktionstests sowie Begleitung neuer Systemimplementierungen.
 * Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für internationale Anwender.
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration und Konfiguration relevanter Service-IT-Systeme.
