## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung oder Industrie bilden die Grundlage Deiner Qualifikation.
 * Breites IT-Wissen, Interesse an wertschöpfenden Geschäftsprozessen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA oder SAP ERP zeichnen Dich aus.
 * Du bringst Projektleitungserfahrung in klassischen und/oder agilen SAP-Umgebungen mit und beherrschst relevante Methoden und Tools im Prozessmanagement.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der industriellen Wertschöpfung - vorzugsweise in Life Sciences, Chemicals oder MedTech - gehören zu Deinem Erfahrungsschatz.
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft in Kombination mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen runden Dein Profil ab.

 * Du leitest (Teil-)Projekte mit SAP-Fokus - von der strategischen Ausrichtung über die Prozessberatung bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung, insbesondere im S/4HANA-Umfeld.
 * Unsere namhaften Kunden berätst Du lösungsorientiert bei der Einführung und Optimierung von SAP-Prozessen - mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Innovationen im Umfeld #IntelligentEnterprise.
 * Machbarkeitsstudien, Proof-of-Concepts, Workshops und Kundenprojekte führst Du eigenständig durch und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für Ergebnisse.
 * In der Angebotsphase unterstützt Du aktiv den Vertrieb, bereitest Präsentationen und Angebote vor, begleitest Kundengespräche und führst Projekte bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
 * Zudem übernimmst Du Verantwortung in der IT-Systemvalidierung (CSV), bist Ansprechpartner für Qualitätsfragen und bringst Deine Expertise in Audits sowie Gap-Analysen ein.
