## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Hardware Support or End User Computing environments
 * Experience with device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
 * Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
 * Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and within an international team
 * Fluent English, both written and spoken

The following would be considered an asset:

 * Dell Certified Technician
 * CompTIA A+
 * ITIL Foundation certification
 * SAP inventory management experience
 * Knowledge of structured cabling and networking hardware

## Description

* Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs
 * Support device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
 * Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle activities
 * Coordinate equipment replacement and deployment campaigns
 * Support meeting room technologies and conferencing equipment
 * Provide first-level support for printing services and end-user hardware
 * Maintain accurate asset and stock records
 * Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to ensure service continuity
