## About the Role

* ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (FH/DH/Bachelor) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Informatik, alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (w/m/d) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
 * nachweisbare Qualifikation als bestellte Elektrofachkraft gemäß DGUV-Vorschrift
 * mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb
 * gute Kenntnisse in:

 * ITIL- oder Herstellerzertifizierungen
 * IDOIT und Dokumentation

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Sie übernehmen im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit folgende Aufgaben:

 * Überwachung aller zugeordneten technischen Anlagen und Systeme (Gebäudeautomation, IT-nahe Infrastruktur, sicherheits- oder versorgungstechnische Einrichtungen)
 * Lokalisierung, Priorisierung und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen unter Anwendung von Fehleranalyse- und Troubleshooting-Methoden
 * Koordination und fachliche Anleitung externer Dienstleister und Fachfirmen bei der Störungsbeseitigung
 * Überwachung und Instandhaltung der USV-Anlagen und Stromverteilungssysteme
 * Koordinierung und Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsabläufen und Planung von Infrastrukturerweiterungen
