## Description

Vous travaillerez sur des solutions concrètes mêlant développement logiciel, automatisation, IA et intégration de données.

Missions principales

 * Mise en place du CRM réseau : structuration des données, workflows, automatisations.
 * Développement de l'outil d'emailing automatisé : scénarios, triggers, relances intelligentes.
 * Création d'API internes pour connecter CRM, chatbot et outils métier.
 * Automatisation de processus (tri, attribution, notifications, synchronisation).
 * Développement de scripts IA/NLP pour la classification des messages et leads.
 * Optimisation du chatbot IA et des parcours utilisateurs.
 * Contrôle qualité, normalisation et reporting des données CRM.
