## About the Role

* Bac+2/3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Réseaux et Télécoms, ou équivalent)
 * Une première expérience réussie en environnement PME/PMI sur un poste similaire est appréciée
 * Bon relationnel client, sens de la pédagogie
 * Autonomie, rigueur et goût du travail en équipe

## Description

Notre équipe technique (1 responsable + 1 technicien) accompagne au quotidien des PME clientes sur l'ensemble de leur infrastructure informatique, principalement en environnement Microsoft. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) second(e) technicien(ne) pour renforcer ce binôme., * Assurer le support client : prise en charge des demandes, diagnostic, dépannage, formation des utilisateurs

 * Conseiller les clients sur l'évolution de leurs outils et architectures
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir serveurs, solutions de virtualisation, messagerie, antivirus et outils de supervision
 * Préparer et déployer les nouvelles commandes matérielles/logicielles, gérer les interventions sur site
 * Effectuer des interventions à distance (hotline, télémaintenance) sur postes et serveurs
