## About the Role

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en tant que Technicien Support de Proximité ou Technicien Support Utilisateurs N2.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre autonomie et votre capacité à analyser et résoudre rapidement les incidents techniques.

Vous possédez notamment :

 * Une bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows et Microsoft 365.
 * Des connaissances en Active Directory.
 * Une expérience du support utilisateurs de niveau 2.
 * Un excellent relationnel et le sens du service.
 * De la rigueur, de l'organisation et une bonne capacité à gérer les priorités.

## Description

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :

 * Assurer le support informatique de proximité de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et leurs périphériques.
 * Traiter les demandes et incidents via l'outil de ticketing.
 * Assurer le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution.
 * Accompagner et assister les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de leurs équipements.
 * Escalader les incidents complexes lorsque cela est nécessaire.
 * Participer aux opérations de maintenance et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles du parc informatique.
