Even better if you have, but not necessary: * Technical or Hardware installation/support * Networking fundamental knowledge * Experience in POS, SaaS, networking and/or software. * Previous experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, etc,) and interacting with customers to deliver value and surpass their needs. ## Description We are looking for a Field Implementation Consultant to join our team in Paris. You will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical assistance for our Point of Sale products for our Hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels and bars. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth go-live process, set our customers up for success, representing Lightspeed in France, leveraging the social nature of the industry to help promote our product and grow our customer base by delivering exceptional service to each and every customer you interact with. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of interesting projects focused on innovating and improving our processes to ensure a best in class experience and success for our customers. Our customers' success is our success.
