## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals
 * Hands-on experience with MDM tools (any platform)
 * Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems
 * Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
 * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products
 * Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, and building simple applications or automations with AI assistance
 * Interest in or experience integrating AI solutions with existing systems and tools
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and within a team

## Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end users in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do

 * Provide daily IT support to employees: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues
 * Prepare, maintain, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees
 * Set up and maintain network connections and devices
 * Manage and support MDM solutions on at least two of the three major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
 * Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment (user management, licenses, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
 * Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
 * Set up and maintain meeting rooms (hardware, conferencing systems, Teams/Zoom integration, AV equipment)
 * Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations
 * Explore and apply AI tools to streamline IT support and internal processes (e.g. building scripts or lightweight apps with AI assistance, automating repetitive tasks)
 * Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with end users and team members
