## About the Role

* Formation Bac+2 minimum en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT réseaux, ou équivalent) ou expérience équivalente
 * Expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (support technique, infogérance, SAV informatique)
 * Sens du contact et de l'accueil : à l'aise pour recevoir et conseiller un particulier en boutique, sans jargon technique
 * Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Windows (postes et serveurs), des réseaux et de l'Active Directory
 * Connaissances en virtualisation (Hyper-V) appréciées
 * Autonome, organisé(e), rigoureux(se)
 * Permis B obligatoire - déplacements fréquents chez les clients

## Description

* Assurer le support technique quotidien (matériel, logiciel, réseau) auprès de nos clients, sur site et à distance
 * Accueillir et prendre en charge en boutique les particuliers se présentant sans rendez-vous (diagnostic, dépôt/retrait de matériel, conseil, devis sur place)
 * Participer aux campagnes de déploiement et de remplacement de postes informatiques (installation, migration des données, configuration)
 * Intervenir sur des projets de migration serveur (Windows Server, environnements Hyper-V)
 * Réaliser le diagnostic et la maintenance préventive du parc supervisé (NinjaOne)
 * Contribuer aux audits techniques et aux recommandations de sécurité auprès des clients
 * Assurer un reporting régulier des interventions auprès de l'équipe et des clients
