## About the Role

Je recherche avant tout une personne passionnée par l'informatique, curieuse, motivée et ayant envie d'apprendre. Les missions seront principalement orientées vers un poste de Technicien Informatique, mais dans une petite structure, il faut aussi savoir être polyvalent et s'adapter aux besoins du moment.

Le poste est à pourvoir dès maintenant en alternance., * Très bonne maîtrise des postes Windows (matériel et système d'exploitation).

 * Bonnes connaissances des réseaux informatiques et des protocoles (DHCP, DNS, NTP, etc.).
 * Notions d'administration de serveurs, pare-feux, routeurs, switchs, NAS et autres équipements réseau.
 * Connaissances en téléphonie, notamment VoIP.
 * Notions de Linux.

## Description

Notre activité principale est l'infogérance informatique auprès des PME. Notre rôle est d'assurer le bon fonctionnement, la maintenance et l'évolution de l'infrastructure informatique de nos clients.

Concrètement, tu seras amené(e) à intervenir sur des missions variées :

 * Assistance et support utilisateurs par téléphone, e-mail et prise en main à distance.
 * Installation et configuration de postes de travail, serveurs, switchs, pare-feux et autres équipements réseau.
 * Administration et maintenance des infrastructures informatiques.
 * Gestion des réseaux (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, etc.) et des environnements virtualisés.
 * Mises à jour, supervision et remplacement de matériels défectueux.
 * Interventions sur site lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Aucune journée ne ressemble à la précédente, et c'est justement ce qui rend le poste aussi intéressant.
