This is a hands-on, technical role. You're not just planning a roadmap; you're deep in the analytics, the triggers, and the product decisions that come out of both. What you'll do: * Own product analytics and instrumentation: define events, track key funnels, and monitor usage data * Build and manage automated emails and notifications triggered by product behavior (onboarding, activation, re-engagement) * Design and ship growth-oriented product features that guide users through their journey inside Atom * Partner with engineering to implement tracking, triggers, and in-product growth experiments * Analyze product data to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve activation and retention * Prioritize and ship product-side journey improvements in partnership with design and engineering, * Have you worked as a Lead Nurturing & Website Data Specialist (or similar role) at a company that negotiates products or services?
