This position combines application support, business process optimization, and technology innovation, offering the opportunity to design and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness across the Archdiocese. The Lead Application Analyst will identify business needs, streamline workflows, and leverage Microsoft technologies and related platforms to drive meaningful operational improvements. Located at the Downtown Chancery, this role offers technology professionals a unique opportunity to apply their expertise in a mission-driven environment where their work has a lasting impact. The solutions developed and supported by the IT team extend beyond a traditional corporate setting, helping enable the vital work of parishes, schools, ministries, and administrative departments throughout the Archdiocese. This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership, innovation, and service to support the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and its parishes, schools, seminary, administration offices and ministry offices. This position reports to and is directed by the Manager of Applications and DB Support This Lead Application Analyst is a full-time, no less than 40 hours per week, benefits and PTO eligible position. Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church preferred.
