## About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician 1 to join our dynamic team in Quincy, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!, * High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications in IT or related fields preferred.

 * Basic understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure.
 * Experience with server hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

## Description

* Monitor and maintain data center equipment including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
 * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
 * Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
 * Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
 * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
 * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
