This role is responsible for the strategy, reliability, security, and scalability of Daisy's infrastructure environment, supporting both corporate operations and manufacturing facilities. This leader will balance long-term infrastructure strategy with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring systems are resilient, secure, and aligned with business growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable making architectural decisions, leading through complexity, and developing a high-performing team., Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, building strong technical capability, accountability, and succession. * Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning technology decisions with business priorities, risk tolerance, and future growth. * Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of network, server, and cloud infrastructure. * Champion IT Service Management best practices, including incident, problem, and change management * Participate in major implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives. Collaboration & Support * Partner with IT and business leadership to translate operational needs into scalable, secure infrastructure solutions * Act as the escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and root-cause analysis. * Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, security, monitoring, and service delivery. Vendor & Financial Management * Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing to ensure cost-effective operations. * Evaluate and select vendors; negotiate SLAs, contracts, and performance expectations.
