This role combines hands-on technical leadership with exceptional project management skills and cross functional collaboration to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across the organization. We are looking for a highly organized leader who excels at managing multiple priorities, has a history of delivering technology projects on time and within budget, improves operational processes, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors., * 7+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 3 years in an IT leadership or management role * Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, network servers, and end-user administration * Demonstrated success leading IT projects, including system implementation, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements * Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including working knowledge of Salesforce administration, strong understanding of Salesforce development, expertise in gathering and documenting business and user requirements, and conducting end-to-end quality assurance (QA) testing * Experience administering cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure * Hands-on experience managing enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and other Saas platforms * Strong background in cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and disaster recovery planning * Experience managing IT vendors, negotiating contracts, software licensing, and technology procurement * Experience developing and managing departmental operating and capital budgets * Experience supporting a hybrid workforce and multiple global offices * Knowledge of AI frameworks, AI solutions, IT governance frameworks, change management and technology compliance, including GDPR * Experience developing and administering IT policies, procedures, documentation and user training materials * Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset Skills & Attributes * Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen * Ability to build trust and strong cross-functional partnerships * Leads through change with a positive, collaborative approach * Ability to multitask, remain focused, and work independently * Highly organized, detail oriented and excellent verbal and written communications skills, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related degree * PMP (Project Management Processional) Certification * Other preferred certifications: Salesforce administrator, AWS (Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator), Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. ## Description * Lead the evaluation, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise AI solutions. Partner with business leaders to identify AI use cases, integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS, SharePoint, HubSpot, etc.), and monitor system performance, adoption, and optimization. Promote responsible and secure AI adoption through management of the governance framework, user training, and ongoing oversight. * In partnership with our IT Service provider, administer, develop, implement, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across all sites. Create and deliver clear documentation, to include user communications, training materials, and other updates as needed for various technology and system updates * Lead cross-functional technology initiatives and strategic projects from planning through implementation. Develop project management tools, gathering and documenting business and user requirements, governance processes, and best practices to ensure successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery * Manage and administer key enterprise platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Box, Salesforce, Drupal, Certifications systems, SharePoint, HubSpot, Cvent, Zoom, Causeway, SFTP, GitHub, Atlassian, and other business-critical applications and integrations * Proactively monitor and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems to optimize performance, identify potential issues, and ensure maximum system availability and reliability * Lead infrastructure implementations, system upgrades, and technology deployments while minimizing business disruption. Establish standardized processes that improve efficiency, strengthen security, and ensure successful migrations * Oversee enterprise cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, malware protection, disaster recovery readiness, and system resiliency.
