 * Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities

## Description

* Handle inbound calls covering hardware issues, software requests, and general IT support
 * Communicate with users through phone and chat
 * Work alongside virtual agents to resolve tickets
 * Create and maintain knowledge articles
 * Support end users remotely and in person
