The team ships UI fast - a small, tight-knit group augmented by AI coding agents writing production pull requests. Speed is not the problem. Coherence is. This role owns it: design tokens, the component library, and the frontend and conversational interface patterns that make everything the team ships - human-written or agent-written - feel like one cohesive product., * Own the design system end-to-end: design tokens, component library, and documentation - ensuring every shipped surface feels intentional and unified. * Define and enforce frontend standards across the codebase, including accessibility (WCAG), brand guidelines, and code quality tooling (Biome configuration, Playwright E2E coverage, frontend performance). * Build and maintain reusable, production-grade UI components using React, strict TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component primitives (shadcn/ui, Radix UI). * Shape conversational and AI-driven interface patterns, including streaming responses and generative views, for B2B end-users. * Integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) into frontend workflows and help the team maintain quality as agent-generated code scales. * Partner directly with founders and product/engineering teammates to translate pricing intelligence workflows into polished, high-performance interfaces. * Audit and continuously improve frontend tooling, performance, and accessibility across the product. ## Related Videos - [Liquid AI interfaces: how software eats frontend](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1937-liquid-ai-interfaces-how-software-eats-frontend) - [Level up your Angular CSS with Tailwind CSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/640-level-up-your-angular-css-with-tailwind-css) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Chatbots are going to destroy infrastructures and your cloud bills](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1130-chatbots-are-going-to-destroy-infrastructures-and-your-cloud-bills) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Accessibility isn't magic, Longevity, Devrel in times of AI and more](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1730-wearedevelopers-live-accessibility-isn-t-magic-longevity-devrel-in-times-of-ai-and-more) - [Level up your Angular CSS with Tailwind CSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/366-level-up-your-angular-css-with-tailwind-css) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 133 - Back to Front](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/474-dev-digest-133-back-to-front) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 129 - Now that's what I call private data!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/468-dev-digest-129-now-that-s-what-i-call-private-data) - [16 Best Free React UI Libraries in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/148-16-best-free-react-ui-libraries-in-2025)
