## About the Role

* 7+ years of software development experience with strong focus on frontend development.
 * 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
 * Experience with Drupal and/or WordPress development and administration is a plus.
 * Working knowledge of PHP or Python or Golang for back-end development.
 * Familiarity with Varnish, Solr, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
 * Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
 * Strong understanding of testing, security, accessibility, and modern web development best practices.

Preferred:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Linux experience and comfort working in a remote environment.

## Description

* Build accessible, secure, and high-performing user experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve user engagement.
 * Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
 * Contribute to platform performance, reliability, monitoring, and scalability initiatives.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and support architectural decisions.
 * Manage and enhance CMS platforms, including custom themes, modules, and plugins.
 * Ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
