You'll serve as the operational owner for Ambient EHR integrations across our enterprise health system portfolio, acting as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation Consultants, Customer Success, and client IT teams. When an integration breaks, stalls, or behaves unexpectedly, you're the person who diagnoses what's actually happening, routes it to the right owner with the right context, and drives it to a fast, defensible resolution. What You'll Do You'll own integration launch coordination end-to-end for new enterprise deployments, from kickoff and technical validation through go-live and stabilization, across a portfolio of 10+ EHRs. This includes account configuration and validation, provider and site setup verification, sync health monitoring, and coordinating client-side dependencies like network access, API credentials, and template builds. You'll be the triage engine for integration issues in production: reproducing and scoping problems, distinguishing product bugs from configuration issues from client-environment problems, and holding the line on triage SLAs. You'll work directly in internal tooling, tracking issues in Linear, and you'll build the dashboards and health metrics that give leadership visibility into enterprise sync rates and error trends. Across all of it, you'll be the process architect: codifying integration triage, launch, and escalation workflows into documented runbooks and playbooks that survive personnel changes, and establishing operating cadence through weekly status reporting to executive audiences, SLA reviews, and cross-functional syncs., Employees will act in accordance with the organization's information security policies, to include but not limited to protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference nor execute particular security processes or activities. Employees will report to the information security office any confirmed or potential events or other risks to the organization. Employees will be required to attest to these requirements upon hire and on an annual basis. ## Related Videos - [Rest API Antipatterns](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100208-rest-api-antipatterns) - [ZEISS & Microsoft - Building the Next Generation Medical Ecosystem in the Cloud](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/424-zeiss-microsoft-building-the-next-generation-medical-ecosystem-in-the-cloud) - [REST In Peace: Why LLMs Can't CRUD](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100272-rest-in-peace-why-llms-can-t-crud) - [Shipping Faster with Less: Render on Cloud Hosting, AI Workloads, and the Future of DevOps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1894-shipping-faster-with-less-render-on-cloud-hosting-ai-workloads-and-the-future-of-devops) - [Crew Management System for Airlines: Plan duties for pilots & flight attendants worldwide](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1444-crew-management-system-for-airlines-plan-duties-for-pilots-flight-attendants-worldwide) - [40 Minutes to Build a Serverless COVID-19 REST and GraphQL APIs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/208-40-minutes-to-build-a-serverless-covid-19-rest-and-graphql-apis) ## Related Articles - [From developer to manager – what does it take to become an engineering manager?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/42-from-developer-to-manager-what-does-it-take-to-become-an-engineering-manager) - [6 Emerging Technologies We’ll Learn About in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/381-6-emerging-technologies-we-ll-learn-about-in-2025) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Is Software Engineering Over-Saturated?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/418-is-software-engineering-over-saturated) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [A Guide to Green Tech and Green IT Careers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/374-a-guide-to-green-tech-and-green-it-careers)
