Develops recommendations and coordinates technical implementation activities for internally developed and vendor-supported web solutions. Establishes front-end architecture patterns, user experience standards, development best practices, and governance needed to modernize legacy portal and application environments while supporting organizational goals and objectives. Provides technical customer support and 24x7 on-call services for supported environments, as required.
