## About the Role

## Description

As the Platform Support Developer within the Client Services department, you will work closely with a cross functional team to troubleshoot and solve escalated issues through technical solutions. In this role you will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Simple Syllabus code base in order to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also regularly write custom SQL queries to audit data and address errors in an efficient manner. In this role you will also support existing customer integrations-writing API's calls, manipulating import and export data, and setting up SSO connections.

When an issue requires you will act as a technical liaison between the Client Services team and the Engineering team to provide updates on the status of high priority issues. You will also be expected to write clear and accurate bug reports, ensuring all relevant information is included for the development team to replicate and resolve issues.

Technical Skills Required:
-Knowledge of SQL
-Experience with and general knowledge of APIs
-Knowledge of/experience with any of the following are a plus: Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, PHP
