* The person in this role must have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
 * This individual must provide exceptional customer service and have strong communication skills with a commitment to providing a positive support experience
 * This individual must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently
