From contract signing through the first 90 days of service, you will own the master schedule, drive every workstream, and run the weekly status meeting with the MBTA. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has launched large transit operations and loves a deadline that cannot move. This pivotal role involves orchestrating large-scale project implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery during periods of change. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in program development, process improvement methodologies, and technical project management tools, all while driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
