## Description

We are seeking a technically minded Service Engineer / Technical Coordinator to support the rollout of the companies remote machine service technologies across multiple product groups. This position combines hands-on machine knowledge with project coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a background as a service technician, heavy equipment mechanic, or service engineer and enjoys coordinating projects, working with cross-functional teams, and presenting progress updates to leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from a primarily hands-on technical role into a broader coordination position while still maintaining involvement with machine testing and validation., Coordinate Remote Service Test Implementation

 * Coordinate the machine service tests from traditional onsite execution to remote execution.
 * Work with Product Groups, Engineering, Validation teams, to schedule and validate remote service testing.
 * Participate in onsite machine testing when required.
 * Assist with validating service tests and ensuring remote functionality performs as expected.

Communication & Reporting

 * Prepare presentation materials and status updates using Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Present project updates to senior leadership.
 * Communicate effectively with engineering teams, product groups, and business stakeholders.
