## About the Role

This role requires someone who can confidently run workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and explain the technical decisions behind their designs. Candidates should have a strong development and scripting background rather than being design-only architects., * 8+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred.

 * Proven Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience.
 * Strong ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration background.
 * Experience independently leading client workshops.
 * Strong communication and consulting skills.
 * CSM experience strongly preferred.
 * Strong HRSD or ITSM experience considered with baseline CSM knowledge.
 * CSA certification required.
 * Relevant CIS certifications expected.
 * CTA is a plus, not required.

## Description

* Lead discovery and solution-design workshops.
 * Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
 * Provide technical leadership from discovery through go-live.
 * Work closely with developers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
 * Support architecture across CSM and related ServiceNow workflows.
 * Communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
