## Description

ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications, ITSM Frameworks, ITIL, PeopleSoft ,Oracle Cloud, Change Management.

This individual will build and maintain a Peoplesoft infrastructure in Oracle cloud and manage a team for operational day to day work as well as major PeopleSoft upgrades.

We're looking for a hands-on IT leader to oversee enterprise applications and drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of core ERP services.

What You'll Do:

 * Manage and mentor a team supporting ERP and enterprise applications
 * Oversee system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support
 * Lead IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
 * Apply ITSM best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
 * Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs
 * Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous service improvement
 * Manage priorities, resources, and team workload to meet organizational goals
 * Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating solutions based on value, cost, and risk
